We will ask for your name, invoice number. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. Please retain all packaging and contents until your concern is resolved.
For products purchased locally or through one of our trusted vendors:
If you are dissatisfied with our product in anyway, please contact the vendor or return the
product directly to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement.
Our vendors will honor your request.
We are unable to breach this customer / vendor relationship and hope that you understand.
