Haitian epis or spices

Haitian epis (pronounced 'a-pees') or spices is an organic seasoning blend that gives Haitian food its uniquely delicious flavor.  The epis is made from a combination of vegetables, herbs and spices including bell peppers, parsley, scallion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil.  Epis adds deep flavor and spices to any dish from chicken, to pork, to beef, to seafood and rice dishes.
